Level: Beginner, or Casual
Medium: Watercolor, Acrylic, Poster color, Pencil Sketching, Collage art, or any other medium
Language: English/ Cantonese/ Putonghua
Tutor: Fysh Wong, female
Format: 1-on-1 or up to 4 students, indoor or even outdoor painting
Style: Mainly freestyle creation (could specify a topic as well), tutor will assist and teach related skills and techniques, inspire student to lead the art creation him/herself.
Objective: Enjoy and focus on unlocking creativity
What do you Want from painting?
“I don’t know how to paint…”
“Yes, you do. Everyone can paint. Because painting is simple. It is not a task of ‘finishing a perfectly amazing artwork’.” I always replied.
I think painting is a natural ability in us. When we were young, even without pen or color, we just picked up a piece stone or whatever thing around to paint on the ground; the blackboard was also enchanting to us to just draw some something; the painting lesson might not be your favorite, but you still enjoyed the least stressful time, weren’t you?
“Are you enjoying your painting?” I often asked my students, reminded them to be mindful, relaxed, and focus on the moment instead of the painting result. The best paintings were usually unpredictable I guess?
I wish to take my students to enjoy the lesson, hence learn about patience, concentration, self-appreciation, and unlocking creativity while learning the basic skills and technique. What I have is the power of sharing.

Price & Location
Time: At least 1 lesson per week, 1.5+ hour per lesson
Location: At student’s home / Tutor’s home
(Working table in living room, in Siu Sai Wan, see picture below)
Price (At least 1.5 hour): 1-on-1 around HK$130-200 per hour
(varies by location, level; extra cost for painting tool if required to provide)
** Negotiable for students from low income family or with financial difficulties**
